Originally posted July 19, 2011, this video continues to crop up on occasion like many others and have to be revisited. It's a hoax, pure and simple, the adult was trying to give his kids something exciting to see and it just continued going. It's a costume, I will post the video link and some screenshots, along with the costume they used. It may not be the exact suit, but if you look at the video, you will see that the suit is clearly visible.
