(Hoax) Sasquatch Visits The Greenbrier Sporting Club

This video was released to YouTube by The Greenbrier Sporting Club on September 8th, 2010, and this is what they posted for information.

The Greenbrier Sporting Club catches what could be Sasquatch in the woods on a Sunday afternoon. On October 12, 2008 - we caught a very curious looking wildlife photo from one of our trail cameras. Take a look at the video and post a comment to let us know what you think it is.

It was quickly deemed a hoax by the Bigfoot Community as nothing more than an attempt to grab media attention to the Club and get potential members to join. The following screen captures show some of the work done by researchers to figure out what was going on in the photo.

This game photo of Bigfoot was taken near the Greenbrier Sporting Club back in October 12, 2008. It's one of the most terrifying images of Bigfoot caught on a game camera. The camera used was a Cuddeback that only takes black-and-white photographs.

The owners of the game cam are still unsure what the strange animal was that managed to sneak into frame. Some experts believe the Bigfoot may have not noticed the game camera's IR light since it was taken on a Sunday afternoon. The LifeAtTheGreenbrier blog, who originally posted the video on December 2008 wrote this about the photograph:

Actually, we don't know what we caught on our trail cam. Our outdoor pursuits team has cameras on property to count the wildlife in the area...and the black & white still shot was what they found while downloading the photos back in 2008. Anyways, we decided to make this video be more funny around what we captured than serious, as we don't want to frighten anyone. Till this day we have no clue what was caught on film...which is quite intriguing and almost makes one a believer.
