Matthew Moneymaker

Matthew Moneymaker is a co-founder, and now the sole-proprietor, of the Bigfoot Field Researchers Organization.

Accomplishments

In 2001, Moneymaker wrote and co-produced a Discovery Channel documentary "Sasquatch: Legend Meets Science." In 2002, he also co-produced the TV Series "Mysterious Encounters" for the Outdoor Life Network.

Moneymaker is the founder and director of the Bigfoot Field Researchers Organization, a group dedicated to resolving the mystery surrounding the bigfoot phenomenon through the investigation of reported sightings and organized expeditions.

Education

A resident of California, Moneymaker graduated Law School with a Juris Doctor (abbreviated J.D. or JD, from the Latin, Teacher of Law). He attended the University of Akron School of Law.

In 1995 he co-founded the BFRO, and is now the sole proprietor.

Matthew co-starred in the Finding Bigfoot TV show that lasted a number of seasons and it is well-known, that despite the show's title, they never did find Bigfoot.
