The Manitoba Footage is a videoclip which was taken in April 2005 by former ferry operator Bobby Clarke near Norway House in Manitoba, Canada. The short 45-second clip appears to show something large and dark, but blurry walking from left to right across a riverbank. The footage has been considered by some to be a classic blobsquatch, meaning that there is not much detail to be discerned from it.
The footage made its worldwide debut on the now-defunct television series A Current Affair in May 2005, where it was commented on by BFRO owner Matt Moneymaker. The footage is still a source of mystery and controversy today.
Clarke lost his ferry operating job as a result of the events, and is today reluctant to give interviews.
