This is an 18' tall metal sculpture by Smoker Marchand, a Colville Tribal member. The sculpture can be seen from the highway between Nespelem and Okanogan, WA. If shot out of focus, it looks totally different and is sometimes used to do a hoax online by someone posting it as a real bigfoot.
