William Barnes talked for several years about his Falcon Project, enlisting the aid of Dr. Jeff Meldrum to gain prominence for the project. But then it fell apart, and was ultimately exposed as a huge hoax. The following photos show part of the hoax, as William tried to claim that this was the control center for his Falcon Project, but was exposed as someone else's photo and work.
