Born July 12th, 1947, in Norfolk, Viginia, Loren Coleman currently resides in Maine. Coleman is the world's most published cryptozoology author.
Coleman has an undergraduate degree in anthropology from Southern Illinois University-Carbondale, a minor in zoology from Southern Illinois University-Carbondale, and a Postgraduate degree in psychiatric social work.
A prolific blogger formerly at Cryptomundo.com, Coleman sometimes appears to court controversy, as in his widely discussed discourses on "Sex and the Single Sasquatch" he now blogs on his own website at LorenColman.com
Loren has also opened up the International Cryptozoology Museum in Portland, Maine and has curated it into a large repository of cryptozoological items.
