(TV Show) Mysterious Encounters
The show was hosted by Autumn Williams; she and her crew traveled all over the United States investigating reports of bigfoot-like creatures. Several notable personalities in the bigfoot field appeared on the series, including Rick Noll, Matt Moneymaker, Jeff Meldrum, Henner Fahrenbach and Bob Gimlin, as well as scientists such as black bear researcher Lynn Rogers and bioacoustics expert Robert Benson of Texas A&M University. The series was the first to present a nationally televised interview with Bob Gimlin regarding his part in the Patterson-Gimlin film.
Williams later said the following about the show: "Several years ago, I was the reluctant host of Mysterious Encounters on Outdoor Life Network. I say 'reluctant' simply because the project didn't turn out to be one that I was proud to be involved in.
